July 14 - 21 (JAMAICA 2007)
Rev. Gaffney, Pastor Bill Briggs and Mykel McElwee will be leading a group of teens and adults from Bethlehem Church, Randolph, NJ on a mission project to Annotto Bay, Jamaica.  The team will be working with Pastor Raphael Thomas, who serves as the pastor of Annotto Bay Gospel Chapel and School as well as executive director of the Northeastern Missionary Conference, a coalition of 32 Brethren Churches dedicated to reaching the northeastern area of Jamaica for Christ.  The team will be teaching music classes using the recorder and other instruments at Annotto Bay Gospel Chapel School in the mornings, and performing at a variety of venues in the surrounding communities in the afternoons and evenings.  They will also be leading worship at the Annotto Bay Chapel  To follow the ministry of the team, go to www.jamaica07.org.

August 15
New PWM missionary Adam Moody departs for Sweden to begin working with his sponsoring church, Ulriksbergskyrkan (Evangelical Free Church) and Växjö International Christian Fellowship, a newly formed international church designed to reach out to a newly formed international church with designs to reach out to Växjö University and the city of Växjö’s diverse international population. Among his many ministries, Adam will lead worship, be involved in street and campus evangelism, develop and implement small group ministries, produce and promote a weekly Christian radio program and serve as a resource for PWM to other churches in Sweden.

August 18
The PowerSurge Worship Band will be appearing at the Neighborhood House’s Family & Community Day in Morristown, NJ.

August 23 - 27
Rev. Gaffney, Pastor Bill Briggs and Mykel McElwee will be assisting Dr. Karl Enters in training the new Collin County Baptist Association church plant Axis’ worship and leadership teams, as well as leading a Worship 101 seminar for Murphy Road Baptist Church, Murphy, TX. .They will also assist in leading worship, at Axis on Saturday evening and at the Murphy Road Baptist Church on Sunday morning. September 22
The PowerSurge Worship Band will be leading worship for the S.A.L.T. Conference, an event targeting singles in northern New Jersey. Featured speakers that day include representatives of Crown Financial Ministries.

September 28 - 30
Rev. Gaffney will be the featured speaker at Bethlehem Church’s MDM (Men’s Ministries) Retreat at Liebenzell Retreat and Conference Center, Schooley’s Mountain, NJ.
